Successful Kick-Off: UNTERNEHMA WOS. – Connect | Create | Collaborate

On September 11, 2025, the Carinthian startup and innovation ecosystem gathered for the first-ever UNTERNEHMA WOS. event, hosted at BG|BRG Porcia in Spittal an der Drau. With this premiere, a new event format was launched – one that brings the region’s key innovation and startup stakeholders to the same location, for real connection and collaboration.

💡 What is UNTERNEHMA WOS.?

“UNTERNEHMA WOS.” is a new touring format designed to connect, create, and collaborate. At each event, institutional partners of the Gründungsnetzwerk Kärnten (Carinthian Startup Network) meet with entrepreneurs, students, founders, and startup-curious individuals from across the region.

Each organization gives a 2-minute pitch to share key updates, initiatives, or offers – followed by open networking. The format is designed to lower barriers, spark conversation, and make it easy for attendees to get inspired, ask questions, and discover new opportunities.

And the best part?

It’s free and open to everyone with an interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional development.
