Sam is an accomplished business coach, consultant, and inspirational speaker. She founded her first start-up at 23, growing it into a 25-person company in three years before moving into hospitality. After experiencing burnout, she shifted her focus to balance and resilience, becoming a certified coach in neurosystemic integration. Recognized as the 2023 Entrepreneurship Educator, Sam now combines her entrepreneurial expertise with her coaching skills to help companies nurture and retain top talent.
