We cordially invite you to our General Assembly and legendary birthday party on November 23, 2023.

14:00 – 16:00 Startup Carinthia general assembly

We will start with the official part, the General Assembly. During the General Assembly we will talk about how we want to further develop the region, set milestones for the next 12 months and elect our new board members.

If you are interested or know of someone who could be considered, please send us your proposal and/or application to info@startupcarinthia.com by November 20, 2023. Please note that only registered supporting (paying) members of Startup Carinthia are eligible to vote.

We are currently looking for individuals who can bring their expertise and vision to our organization by becoming a board member. If you are interested in joining our board or know someone who would be a perfect fit, we invite you to apply or submit a proposal by November 20, 2023. 16:00 – 18:00 “Startup Sparks 23”

Between the General Assembly and the birthday bash we have come up with something very special: our very first startup fair – to meet, connect & ignite! The “Startup Sparks 23” outlines the concept of sparking new ideas, connections and innovations within the startup ecosystem. The term “sparks” symbolizes the energy and creativity that emerge when like- minded people come together to spark new collaborations and entrepreneurial initiatives. So make sure you join us for an inspiring networking session and meet startups from Austria, Slovenia and Italy. – Let’s embrace and explore the unique advantages of being part of the vibrant Alps-Adriatic region together! Be on time, because you don’t want to miss how the entrepreneurial visions of the startups come to life when they stand on stage and present their innovative business ideas.

We’re looking for YOU!

We are excited to host our very first Startup Fair at Makerspace Carinthia on November 23, 2023 – to meet, connect & ignite! With this special event format we create an opportunity for startups to present their visions, products and work to the startup community.

By participating in Startup Sparks 23, you will not only expand your network and connect with potential partners, but also have the opportunity to showcase your startup and gain valuable insights from other entrepreneurs. To make the most of it, we recommend you to bring a roll-up banner and any other materials you need to present your startup in the best possible way (flyers, testers…).

If you would like to present your startup at »Startup Sparks 23«, take this opportunity and register by sending us an email with the name and a short description of your startup to info@startupcarinthia.com. We look forward to hearing from you!

18:00 – open end LET’S PARTY!

Yes, it’s that time of the year again! Startup Carinthia turned 2 and we want to celebrate with YOU! It’s going to be an evening with music, local spirits, drinks and cuisine and a legendary unicorn! Both members and friends of Startup Carinthia are welcome to celebrate with us! Feel free to bring your loved ones. We kindly ask you to register and RSVP by 10.11.2023 at info@startupcarinthia.com.
